Berkshire Family YMCA
The Berkshire Family YMCA is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of programs and services to promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility in the Berkshire region of western Massachusetts. The organization has a long history dating back to the 1800s and has undergone several renovations and expansions over the years to meet the needs of the community.
The Berkshire Family YMCA embarked on a large renovation and expansion project, which included significant upgrades to its Pittsfield facility. The project aimed to modernize and expand the existing building, which was originally constructed in the 1960s, to better serve the community.
The renovated facility includes a new fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a new group exercise studio, and an expanded child care center.
