Community Arts Study

This project is focused on expanding and enhancing the functionality of the existing community art space by incorporating a portion of the adjacent tenant’s second floor. Through an initial feasibility study, the project team gathered and evaluated key stakeholder goals, operational needs, and space requirements to establish a clear understanding of the project vision and parameters.

The result is three distinct and viable program options designed to meet current needs while supporting future growth. In parallel with these planning efforts, comprehensive building code analysis—including life safety and accessibility considerations—has been conducted to ensure compliance and inform design decisions. Each option has also been evaluated through an order-of-magnitude budget assessment, providing a holistic foundation for selecting the most effective path forward.
