YMCA Camp Hi-Rock: Parker Seeley Lodge

The Parker Seeley Lodge is one of 5 lodges that stood on the property at the time the Camp was purchased by the YMCA back in the early 1950’s. Parker Seeley—for whom the lodge is named after—is the President of the YMCA Board of Directors, whose leadership helped form the foundation of what the camp has become today. Camp Hi-Rock offers a wide variety of fun, challenging activities and programs that have long enhanced the lives of Berkshire County residents of all ages.

YMCA Camp Hi-Rock Executive Director, Jessica Speer-Holmes, called on Allegrone to restore this 8 bedroom, 4,600 square foot lodge. After an 8 month long project, the lodge was fully restored and operational. The heart of the lodge, the large community room, received a new fireplace that Allegrone masons built from stone salvage recycled from its original counterpart. Two-story large covered porches were installed on the back of the building, which provide a stunning view of the lake.
