The newly constructed 3,000 ft facility is the first provision licensed marijuana retailer in Berkshire County. Built from the ground up on an open lot, the building was wood construction involving all trades. Allegrone coordinated with owner’s security contractor in the installation of the security system. Custom casework and wall systems were built to accommodate the technology for proper storage and security of the product stock.
