Merrimack Corner

As a leading provider of senior af­fordable housing and supportive services, Bethany Communities expanded their Merrivista campus by developing Merrimack Place, a new 61 unit addition of affordable senior housing located in downtown Haverhill, MA.

A skywalk connects the new Merrimack Place build­ing to the existing residence, allowing all residents to take advantage of the expanded services. The program includes an expanded wellness center, nursing area and medical services; a large community center and activity room; and a new exercise facility and space for group classes. Merrimack Place is designed to meet all requirements for Passive House certification.
