Lutheran Rehab-Skilled Care Center

This project included renovations of, and additions to, an existing 96,000 square foot rehabilitation and skilled care center including a full remodel of a 1920s historic mansion. The 120 bed, DPH certified facility remained in full operation while undergoing architectural, structural, accessibility and MEP systems upgrades, throughout 50 individual phases of work.
