Bostwick Gardens

Bostwick Gardens paves the way for new affordable, modern senior housing in Great Barrington, MA. The project involved renovation and upgrades to the existing 29 unit apartment building. The new construction phase was performed simultaneously and included the addition of a new 31 unit, 3 story building on the adjoining lot. The new combined facility includes a game room, an exercise room, a large community kitchen and a community garden.
