60 Wells Street

CSO’s Friends of the Homeless (FOH) program operates as a combination of a shelter, a housing resource center, and supportive housing in Springfield. The existing emergency shelter at 60 Wells Street, Greenfield will be repurposed into a men’s and women’s shelter, an expansion to CSO's services.

The project involves renovating the existing shelter space, cafeteria, and housing resource center while adding a new 3-story building with 36 studio apartments for chronically homeless individuals. Residents and shelter guests will have access to comprehensive 24/7 services tailored to their needs.
