Progress Update: MCLA Facilities Building

Work on the MCLA Facilities Building is progressing nicely. The building, a single story, 11,000 square foot pre-engineered metal stucture, will be the new home to MCLA’s maintenance department.

The building includes offices, meeting spaces, an equipment bay, a paint shop and carpentry shops. Notable features of the building include an insulated metal panel exterior and more than 700 square feet of aluminum storefront windows. Construction is expected to be completed in March 2014.
