Forest Springs Groundbreaking Ceremony Kicks Off

We are proud to be working with Construct, Studio One Architects, Alander Real Estate and Berkshire Bank to bring 11 new rental units to Great Barrington.
Forest Springs is quality affordable housing for all. The development will be comprised of three building complexes, each with 3 or 4 townhouse-style units.

The housing development will provide housing for persons of very low income to 60% of median income to meet the critical need for housing in our community. Priority will be given to households coming out of homelessness, and those living with mental health or development disabilities.
The site will be comprised of three building complexes, each with 3 or 4 townhouse-style units to fit well in the neighborhood. To encourage a sense of community, there will be a public garden for those who wish to grow their own food and plants, as well as safe areas for playing, equipped with sandboxes and swings.
