Dalton Senior Center Held "Soft Opening" on Valentines Day

Allegrone Construction Co. started the Dalton Senior Center project in July 2010. The project is complete and the Dalton Senior Center held a "soft opening" on February 14th. The town of Dalton has made efforts to put this project in the works for the past 12 years and the day is finally here. In the article, an architect with Hill Engineers, Architects, & Planners explains that the building was designed to create a sense of openness and togetherness. The center will cater to 27% of Dalton's population; 60 years old or above. The Dalton Senior Center will hold it's grand opening celebration on May 21.
