Allegrone Construction: Parsons Village
January 8, 2014

In December of 2013, the $11.5 Million construction project, Parsons Village was awarded to Allegrone Construction.
“Campbell said it is exciting to see the project so close to breaking ground. Once construction begins, it will be at least a year until it is ready for occupants.
Allegrone Construction’s bid was for approximately $7 million, Campbell said, but with engineering, architectural plans and other costs the total bill is expected to be about $11.5 million. Plans call for 38 studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a community center and small park, to be built on the 4.3-acre parcel.”
The affordable housing complex will be located in Easthampton, MA and are reserved for individuals and families with an income of $26,000 or less for single people or up to $50,000 for families.
