Visitor Center Study
This visitor center study identifies options for value engineering and potential redesign, influenced by the overall impact of the intended master plan across the full campus. Programming was intensely reviewed to understand what needs were warranted to be incorporated into the new visitor center building verse allocated to future building projects. This approach allowed the owner to disperse funds to other projects and plan accordingly in alignment with the overall long-term vision of the property.
