Williams College Dining Renovations

Allegrone Construction recently completed the dining services renovations for Williams Williams College Dining RenovationsCollege in Williamstown, MA in (4) of their dining spaces.  Allegrone’s scope of work included new cabinetry and granite countertops in all four spaces, new commercial kitchen equipment, new flooring and painting, new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work as was required for the new equipment.  Allegrone was awarded the project after competitive bid in mid June and had to complete the (4) projects by August 20, 2010, which was achieved.  All facilities re-opened for the students on time as scheduled.

Williams College Oakley Center

Allegrone Construction completed the exterior facelift at the Oakley Center at WillOakley Center at Williams Collegeiams College in Williamstown, MA.  This scope of work included a new handicap accessible ramp, new copper flashings on the slate roof, re-painting of the entire outside, replacement of the historic railing assemblies with new azek replicated pieces, and replacement of the south terrace with stamped concrete.

Williams College Focuses on Sustainability and Safety

Williams College upgraded numerous buildings this summer with a focus on sustainability and safety. Allegrone Masonry was on hand to repair the terracotta face of Fitch House.
