The new Iredale Mineral Cosmetics headquarters is being developed through the adaptive reuse of the former Bryant School in Great Barrington.  The building shell has been gutted and reinforced to bring the building into compliance with the current building code. The hip framed roof has been expanded to the East, creating new office space where a flat roof had once been.  Previously attic space, the third floor roof is now equipped with 8 new dormers to allow for an abundance of natural light to flow into the new and improved space.

The adaptive reuse of the former Bryant School building, built in 1889, into the new headquarters of the Iredale Cosmetics Company is on schedule. The old roof has been removed and new structural steel has been installed to support an entirely new roof structure converting the former attic into Class A office space.  The foundations for the new glass elevator tower are complete and ready for structural steel and glass walls, allowing for visitors to view the East Mountains across the Housatonic River as they ride the elevator from the lower level to the new third floor of this beautiful 1800's building.
