Allegrone Construction Co. is the second South County project to receive financing with federal economic stimulus funds. Allegrone received $3 million in Recovery Zone Facility Bonds and will use the money to renovate the former Leaning Institute of America into the company's headquarters and office park. This building is LEED Registered with a goal of platinum ratings upon completion.
