Construction begins at the Monterey Library

The Monterey Public Library has moved to their temporary location at the fire station while our crew moves in!  The $3.1 million project will begin after a groundbreaking scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 6.

Another exciting project in the works for Allegrone. The scope entails the renovation and improvement to two historic buildings on Main Street, which the Austen Riggs Center uses as patient residences.

Allegrone Partners with Berkshire Habitat for Humanity to Create Net Zero Housing

Last week, 196 volunteers successfully built 72 panels & 20 window assemblies for Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity's Gordon Deming condominium project, to provide net zero housing for six families.

Shout-out to Anthony Allegrone for providing detail drawings of the panels, and a big thank you to everyone at Berkshire Bank for their "Xtraordinary" service and support!

Abby's House Renovations Underway

Time to get to work!  Our team will modernize the Abby's House High Street facility, to increase the number of housing units and make improvements long needed to the nearly 100-year-old building.
