Description
Allegrone Real Estate is seeking an experienced, hard-working, full-time Realtor responsible for the listing and sale of high-end residences, developments, and commercial leasing/sales.
Expectations include but are not limited to providing exceptional customer service to all clients, possess a thorough understanding of valuing property for clients, preparation of market analysis and statistics, staging property techniques, hosting open house and networking events for both buyers and agents, educating sellers about disclosure requirements, facilitating the closing process, and ability to exercise an acute fiduciary and ethical responsibility.
Qualifications
Professional, hard working, highly motivated and personable. Technologically savvy with sales and marketing experience preferred.
